How to make a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request

1.     Log In to your account on braap!moto.com    >>Login

2.     Click on History and details of my orders

3.   Find the order containing the product you would like to return in your order history. Click on the order number, or details, to see more information about your order.

4.   Select the box next to the product you would like to return. Enter the quantity you are sending back. Enter the reason for the return, size, wrong product, warranty, etc.

SELECT PRODUCT

 

5.     Click MAKE A RMA SLIP


You’re done!

 We will send you an email that will contain the address that you should send your return product.


 

You can check the status of your returns at any time in your account
