Wrong size, wrong color? - No Problem!

We are happy to process returns for new/unused product within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. Refunds are issued using the same payment method, credit slip, or voucher. No restocking fee applies for returns less than 14 days.

  • -  Items that are used, installed, or in any way damaged by the customer will not receive a refund.
  • -  To tell us about; a product defect, warranty, wrong item in the package, damage, or missing product from your order, simply follow the steps below to request an Return Authorization from us.

 

Wrong product received? braap!moto will exchange for the correct item free of charge. We provide a credit to the customer for the return shipping cost at standard ground rates. EXPRESS charges on return orders are paid by the customer.

Damaged shipment? Take a photo and send an email to sales@braapmoto.com. Do not dispose of any packaging materials etc. The carrier may need this to confirm payment of the claim. All claims are paid by the carrier.

Warranty Return? braap!moto stands behind the brands we sell. If the product you bought from us has manufacturing defects in workmanship or material we do everything we can to correct the problem with the manufacturer.

  

STEP 1:  Make a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request  <<how?

-  Refunds for International orders outside of the EU do not include shipping fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

  • -  Refunds for product returned after 14 days are considered on an individual basis. A restocking fee applies on all returns sent after 14 days.
  •  
  • -  Special Order product, items we normally do not stock, and that we order especially for the customer will have a restocking fee applied if returned outside of 14 days.
  •  
  • -  Clearance/Closeout/Blowout products cannot be returned.
  •  
  • -  Restocking fee: 20%

 

STEP 2: Pack product in original packaging: Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box.

-  Best is to send the product back in the same box it was received in from braap!moto

  • -  Do not send items back only in the manufactures box. Items received this condition will not receive a refund. 

  

STEP 3: Include a copy of the Invoice: Include a copy of the braap!moto invoice with the RMA number written on it.

 

STEP 4: Once your RMA is status is changed to “Waiting for Package” you can send your order back to us: braap!moto will send you an email providing return addresses to send your return product.

-  Customer pays return shipping costs.

  • -  We ask that you return the product with the same shipping service braap!moto used to send the package to you. For example if we sent you your product with DPD, please return the product with DPD. In some cases we will provide a credit to the customer for the return shipping cost at standard ground rates.

 
-  Keep your tracking number for all returns sent to braap!moto.
 
-  COD Returns will be refused.
 
-  braap!moto must wait to receive the returned product before sending the exchange or replacement. Customer is responsible for insuring the return shipment. braap!moto is not responsible for loss, damage, theft during return transport.

-  Orders can be cancelled in writing (email) until 12.00 the same day they are placed sales@braapmoto.com. Orders shipped before cancelation is received will carry restocking fees of 20%. Customers refusal to accept delivery will also carry a 20% restocking fee. Special order product can also be cancelled up until braap!moto receives it for the customer. Cancelations of Special Order product received by braap!moto will carry a restocking fee of 20%.
